Adore Clothing Co Return Policy

At Adore Clothing Co we take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your items. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we will make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain fee (makeup and deodorant included), no animal hair, no smells of smoke, item must not be a final sale, all tags must be attached.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All return packages must be postmarked by 30 business days of the delivery date (or purchase date at an event).
  • Once we receive the return, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit which will be credited to your account and can be used online.
  • You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed which will include your credit amount and can be used whenever you would like.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at support@adoreclothingco.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our support team will make sure you are taken care of!
